I am a father, surfer, and teacher of middle schoolers. I have taught various courses in science and STEM.

I am also a part time writer of books. I have written a book in science education as well as my paranormal fantasy and urban fantasy fiction.

When I’m not working, writing, or playing with my kids, I can be found on my longboard in a lineup somewhere, scouting the horizon for the next set.
